We are writing to thank you all for the great job you did for us. We love our new van because of the excellent work you all did to make it completely accessible.

Our experience with Adaptive AutoMobility has been a very pleasant one. Everyone was both pleasant and helpful, and the entire crew proved to be very competent, knowledgeable, highly skilled and creative. Your innate ability to understand our needs and concerns and address them in a simple and creative way was very reassuring that whatever the problem might be, Adaptive AutoMobility could and would find a good solution, which you did.

Adaptive AutoMobilty’s collective concerns for creating an accessible and comfortable van for not only Rick but for his parents as well are very much appreciated. The solution to the problem of his mother having difficulty getting in or out of the van because of its height and her own physical limitations was easily solved with the addition of electric powered steps and simple Handybar safety support handles. This is just one example of why we are so pleased with the results.

The way we have been treated with consideration, dignity and genuine friendliness combined with your competent, skilled expertise and professionalism leaves us with a very good feeling.
